2.Attendance Policy: No Cancellation, One-Time Flexible Rescheduling Only

No cancellations after payment:
Once the booking is confirmed, no part of the payment will be refunded in case of absence for any reason. This is because seats are allocated with specific resources and expenses dedicated to each participant.

One-time flexibility — only for emergencies:
We allow one-time rescheduling of your attendance date only in the case of a serious emergency beyond your control, provided that the conditions below are met.

Acceptable examples of emergency circumstances (with official proof):

• A participant’s medical emergency (requiring hospitalization or documented medical rest).
• Death of a first-degree relative (father, mother, spouse, or children).
• Unexpected incidents (natural disasters or official urgent decisions affecting attendance).

Rescheduling request procedures:

• Notify us at least 24 hours before the program date, unless the situation is extremely urgent.
• Provide official documented evidence (medical report, death certificate, etc.).
• Management approval is required after reviewing the request.

If approved:
The amount will be converted to a credit valid for attending a similar program (of the same value) within 6 months, subject to seat availability in the new program.

What does NOT qualify as an emergency:

• Family or social commitments.
• Changes in work schedule.
• Forgetting the appointment or deciding not to attend.
